about our founder

Ace Efficiency is the culmination of Kristy's experiences in environments where readiness isn't optional. Her work with the USO took her to 25+ U.S. military bases supporting service members and their families, and in 2015 she was named USO Volunteer of the Year. Her husband Brandon, a PA-C in surgical practice, gave her a front-row seat to a second high-stakes profession where readiness is a precondition rather than a metric. As a NICU mom, she also witnessed firsthand what it costs when the people protecting our most vulnerable are running on empty.
She is also the inventor on Ace Efficiency's first patent application — a Track One utility application filed in April 2025, covering the readiness check-in methodology.
Earlier in her career, Kristy was Miss Tennessee USA 2014 and a 2014 Miss USA semi-finalist; she attended Pine View School for the Gifted in Sarasota. Her journey has been guided by the belief that "to whom much is given, much is expected," which fuels her drive to help professionals in high-pressure environments perform at their best.
